Lidl offers the quickest supermarket shop, a new survey has found.
Market data agency Taylor McKenzie sent 295 shoppers into supermarkets to buy 50 items. They were asked to time their shop from entering the store to arriving back at their cars.
Lidl was the quickest by 20 minutes, with the shop completed in 49 minutes.Sainsbury’s was second quickest at 69 minutes, followed by Morrisons at 71.Tesco and Asda were joint-longest at 78 minutes.
