Introducing a Healthy Pizza to Improve the Eating Habits of Individuals

Even if you are a fitness freak, you don't have to kill your temptations for the delicious pizzas. Though it cannot be considered in the category of a health food but a nutritionist from Glasgow University has recently designed a new pizza which is not worth considering JUNK.

This pizza consists of less of salt and more of vitamins and therefore it tends to serve you with several health benefits. All thanks to Professor Mike Lean and entrepreneur Donnie Maclean; who have thought of this invention.

According to their great minds, this modified pizza constitutes a balanced pizza range that instead of harming people or ruining their eating habits tend to improve the same. So, now you no more need to be deprived of your favorite treats. As said by Prof Lean "We've studied ready meals produced by the top five supermarkets in Scotland and they're hopelessly unbalanced".

After analyzing different categories of packed food, the pair came to know that these contain so much of salt and saturated fats that are considered adequate for one whole day or even more. These lack all those essential nutrients that are required to maintain a healthy and active body.

Considering all this, they finally invented a low fat pizza made with seaweed. Seaweed contains less proportions of iodine and is rich in vitamins and minerals.

So now enjoy your treat without any apprehensions!
