retail test sale with Genossenschaft Migros Basel. Fresh fish and healthy vegetables from its
UF001 LokDepot pilot farm will be sold exclusively over a period of three months at MParc Dreispitz. This marks a commercial break through for the company.
Since the beginning of 2013 UrbanFarmers opera tesUF001 LokDepot, the worldwide first commercial
scale Aquaponic rooftop farm in Basel, Switzerland.The company has been selling its fresh fish and healthy vegetables to four leading local restaurants in Basel. With the opportunity to partner with Migros Basel, UrbanFarmers enters a competitive retail environment. The goal is to establish brand recognition with a large consumer audience and test market acceptance.

the company to date. We have not expected that the launch into retail will happen so quickly. We are extremely pleased to have found such a well known partner with Migros Basel.

UrbanFarmers will operate a dedicated UF branded point of sale (POS) presence during Fridays and Saturdays at MParc Dreispitz. MParc Dreispitz is one of the most frequented supermarket flagship stores in Basel. Next week,consumer awareness will be further
increased outside the supermarket through the UF BOX placement.
